Learnt many things in 2 short hours:1) Must give way to buses that are in bus-bays, even when there are no yellow boxes, and even tho they are NOT signalling to turn out (knn)
2) Children under 10 years of age are not allowed to sit on motorbikes
3) Some have to sell their house for 40k, while others are wearing it on their wrists
4) You can take your driving theory tests in oral (meaning someone sits beside you and read to you in Malay/Mandarin. Dunno teochew can or not)
5) Singaporean Ah Peks are still being cheated by TKCs (Tiong-Kok-Chais). Aren't they juz patriotic? Lao kok kok liao, still wanna "Mari Kitah"... tsk...
6) Age-old MIL & DIL problems still exists. If the son knn, the parents hiong gan...
7) Traffic police are the busiest lots. Besides going to da bao, they catch people's bikes parking at void decks, they catch people with zeng-ed cars, they catch people supposedly not giving way, they catch people with kids on motorbikes, most of all, they catch people UNAWARE. Look out for the sneaky fellas on overhead bridges *disgusted look*
